If we are unable to fulfill your order and it is canceled, we will refund the amount paid for the canceled purchase.

Prices, Taxes, and Shipping Charges

All prices and payments are in U.S. dollars (USD).

Product prices include applicable sales tax. No additional sales tax is added at checkout.

Eligible U.S. orders are charged a flat shipping rate of $4.99 per order. The shipping charge and total order amount are displayed at checkout before payment.

Prices may change for future purchases. Any such changes will not affect the amount agreed upon for an order already placed.

Orders and Payment

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover through Stripe.

By submitting an order, you confirm that your billing and shipping information is accurate, that you are authorized to use the payment method, and that you authorize payment of the total amount displayed at checkout.

Order processing begins after payment confirmation. An order confirmation will be sent to the email address provided during checkout.

If payment cannot be completed, the delivery address is ineligible, or an order cannot be fulfilled, we will contact you where appropriate to explain the issue. Any payment collected for an entire order canceled before shipment will be refunded, including the original shipping charge.

Shipping and Delivery

We ship within the United States only and do not offer international shipping.

Some orders may not be eligible for delivery to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or restricted delivery areas. If we cannot ship to the address provided, we will contact you to discuss an eligible alternative or cancellation and a refund.

Orders normally require 1–3 business days for processing after payment confirmation, followed by 3–7 business days for shipping transit.

Our processing days are Monday–Saturday, excluding U.S. federal holidays, with a daily cutoff of 5:00 PM Eastern Time (ET). Orders placed at or after the cutoff begin processing on the next processing day. Carrier schedules may differ from our processing schedule.

We ship through USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates. If an order is delayed or a shipment is missing, please contact us so we can investigate and explain the next steps.

Cancellations

You may request cancellation within 24 hours of placing your order, provided it has not shipped.

Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled. You may request a return after delivery if the item is eligible.

An approved cancellation of an entire order before shipment receives a full refund, including the original shipping charge. We do not charge a cancellation fee.

If we offer cancellation because of a shipping delay or fulfillment issue, that option applies even after the standard 24-hour window.

Returns and Refunds

You may request a return for an eligible item within 30 days of delivery. Change-of-mind returns must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition and packaging, where applicable.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns. The original $4.99 shipping charge is not refundable for these returns. We do not charge a restocking fee.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We cover the necessary return or replacement shipping costs. The original shipping charge is refundable when the return is due to an error attributable to Boucher’s Comfort Shoes, including a defective or incorrect item received.

Returned items are inspected within 1–2 business days of receipt. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method; please allow 5–10 business days after approval for processing and for the credit to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, size, or color, please return the eligible purchase and place a new order separately.
